How fast is delivery, and how much does it cost?

Flat MUR 300 delivery island-wide, free over MUR 4,000. In-stock units ship in 2–3 business days. Order before the daily cut-off and we dispatch the same working day.

Can I pay cash on delivery or by MCB Juice?

Yes — pay on delivery by cash, or settle by MCB Juice / bank transfer before dispatch. You can also pay in person at the Floréal showroom.

What if it doesn’t suit me?

Reach out within 7 days of delivery and we’ll arrange a return or exchange on unused units in original packaging. Our team will walk you through it on WhatsApp.

The R9 Pro is a compact countertop reverse-osmosis purifier that delivers always-on pure drinking water at TDS ≤ 5 ppm — the highest purity tier in the JIMMY water range. A four-stage filter system (PP + pre-carbon + RO membrane + post-carbon) removes heavy metals, chlorine, microplastics and dissolved solids, with a low-waste ratio that respects your water bill.
