Yes. Every unit is genuine JIMMY stock held in Mauritius and comes with a 2-year motor warranty plus labour and electrical cover, serviced by our own team at the Floréal showroom.

How fast is delivery, and how much does it cost?

Flat MUR 300 delivery island-wide, free over MUR 4,000. In-stock units ship in 2–3 business days. Order before the daily cut-off and we dispatch the same working day.

Can I pay cash on delivery or by MCB Juice?

Yes — pay on delivery by cash, or settle by MCB Juice / bank transfer before dispatch. You can also pay in person at the Floréal showroom.

What if it doesn’t suit me?

Reach out within 7 days of delivery and we’ll arrange a return or exchange on unused units in original packaging. Our team will walk you through it on WhatsApp.

The Matrix I9 makes two sizes of crystal-clear bullet ice in seven minutes with no water line or installation — just fill the tank and press start. Twelve kilograms of ice a day covers garden parties, daily drinks and everything in between. An auto-clean cycle keeps the interior hygienic, and the see-through lid lets you check the ice level without opening.
