Yes. Every unit is genuine JIMMY stock held in Mauritius and comes with a 2-year motor warranty plus labour and electrical cover, serviced by our own team at the Floréal showroom.

How fast is delivery, and how much does it cost?

Flat MUR 300 delivery island-wide, free over MUR 4,000. In-stock units ship in 2–3 business days. Order before the daily cut-off and we dispatch the same working day.

Can I pay cash on delivery or by MCB Juice?

Yes — pay on delivery by cash, or settle by MCB Juice / bank transfer before dispatch. You can also pay in person at the Floréal showroom.

What if it doesn’t suit me?

Reach out within 7 days of delivery and we’ll arrange a return or exchange on unused units in original packaging. Our team will walk you through it on WhatsApp.

The Matrix M9 Pro is a countertop five-stage reverse-osmosis purifier with UV-C sterilisation and instant heating — pure, hot drinking water available in seconds without a kettle or a plumber. A triple-filter system removes heavy metals, chlorine, bacteria and viruses down to TDS ≤ 10 ppm, while a UV-C lamp kills any residual microorganisms before water reaches the tap.
