Does the HW10 PRO really vacuum and mop at the same time?

Yes. It vacuums up dry debris while washing the floor and drying the roller in a single pass, so you do not need a separate vacuum and mop.

What floor types can I use it on?

It is designed for all sealed hard floors, including tile, marble, hardwood, laminate, vinyl and linoleum, and it has a dedicated carpet mode too.

How long does the battery last on one charge?

Up to 80 minutes in handheld Eco mode. In upright cleaning you get around 35 minutes on hard floors and about 20 minutes on carpet, depending on the mode.

Do I have to clean the brush roll by hand?

No. One press starts the self-cleaning cycle that flushes the brush roll and air path, then auto-dries the roller so it stays fresh between uses.

Can the battery be replaced when it gets old?

Yes. The 7-cell lithium battery pack is removable and replaceable, which helps your machine last much longer.

Is it suitable for picking up pet hair and spills?

Absolutely. The 400W motor and up to 18kPa suction handle pet hair, crumbs and liquid spills together, which is ideal for homes with pets and children.

Does it leave the floor wet?
