How fast is delivery, and how much does it cost?

Flat MUR 300 delivery island-wide, free over MUR 4,000. In-stock units ship in 2–3 business days. Order before the daily cut-off and we dispatch the same working day.

Can I pay cash on delivery or by MCB Juice?

Yes — pay on delivery by cash, or settle by MCB Juice / bank transfer before dispatch. You can also pay in person at the Floréal showroom.

What if it doesn’t suit me?

Reach out within 7 days of delivery and we’ll arrange a return or exchange on unused units in original packaging. Our team will walk you through it on WhatsApp.

The HW11 Pro is JIMMY's most powerful floor washer — a high-torque brushless motor pulls 23 kPa while dual rollers vacuum and wash in a single edge-to-edge pass. A smart dust sensor reads the floor in real time and adjusts suction and water automatically. Dock it after and one-touch self-clean washes the rollers and hot-air dries them in minutes.

Up to 90 minutes of runtime on a detachable battery. Covered by a 2-year motor warranty from our Floréal service centre.
