How fast is delivery, and how much does it cost?

Flat MUR 300 delivery island-wide, free over MUR 4,000. In-stock units ship in 2–3 business days. Order before the daily cut-off and we dispatch the same working day.

Can I pay cash on delivery or by MCB Juice?

Yes — pay on delivery by cash, or settle by MCB Juice / bank transfer before dispatch. You can also pay in person at the Floréal showroom.

What if it doesn’t suit me?

Reach out within 7 days of delivery and we’ll arrange a return or exchange on unused units in original packaging. Our team will walk you through it on WhatsApp.

The H10 Pro is JIMMY's full-home workhorse — a 600 W brushless motor driving 230 AW of sealed suction through a five-stage H13 HEPA system, with 80 minutes of fade-free runtime on a detachable battery. A bright LCD tracks mode, runtime and filter health on the handle. The brushroll anti-wrap geometry keeps long hair and pet fur out of the roller so you don't need scissors every weekend.

Held in Mauritian stock with a 2-year motor warranty from our Floréal service centre.
